摘要 通过熔融共混的方法制备了聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)/马来酸酐接枝的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM-g-MA)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)三元复合材料,研究了复合材料的亚微观相态结构和力学性能。结果表明,大部分OMMT被剥离成独立片层,均匀分布于EPDM-g-MA中,形成了含核-壳结构特征相包容粒子,并均匀的分散在基体相中。对复合材料的力学性能研究表明,当OMMT的含量较低时,能显著提高材料的冲击强度和弹性模量,但随着OMMT含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度与断裂伸长率下降。 Poly(trimethlene terephthalate)(PTT) was blended with Ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer grafted with maleic anhydride(EPDM-g-MA) and OMMT wia melt mixing.The microstructure and mechanical properties of composites were studied.It shows that the clay platelets located inside the dispersed domains of EPDM-g-MA phase,containing particles with core-shell structure.Mechanical tests show that the Young′s modulus increases,whereas the tensile strength and the impact strength decrease when the content of the clay increases.
