高强钛合金环形管热推弯曲工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 钛合金环形管是航天、航空、兵器、石油化工等行业的特殊部件,用它制成的钛环形气瓶具有轻质、无磁、耐腐蚀、结构紧凑等显著优点,在航天航空领域有着广泛的应用前景。本工作着重研究了高强Ti-26合金管材在热推弯曲成形过程中,推制温度、推制速度等工艺参数对环形管成形质量的影响规律。结果表明环形管质量对温度最为敏感,为主要影响因素,随着加热温度升高,钛合金环管腹部增厚,直径偏大,弯曲半径收缩;推制温度过高,容易出现起皱。推制速度和感应线圈工况对成型质量也有很大影响。高强Ti-26合金环形管较优的成型工艺条件为:成型温度800℃左右,推制速度在1.25~1.92mm/s之间。 The ring pipe of titanium alloy was used in special workpiece of spaceflight,aircraft,weapons,fossil oil and chemical industry etc,and its ring gas cylinder has a perspective use in aerospace industry for its excellent properties of lightweight,non-magnetism,corrosion resistance,cramped structure and so on.The influence of main process parameters on ring pipe quality have been disclosed in heating pushing expanding diameter bending deformation(HEBD) process,including deformation temperature field,pushing speed and work condition of induction coil.The results show that:(1) the thickness and diameters of titanium alloy ring pipe inner arc increases and bending radius decrease with the increasing of the heating-temperature,but crisp appear with the excessively high temperature;(2) the low pushing speed make the thickness homogeneous and decreasing ellipticity ratio of cross-section.The scales of pitch outer-arc were reduced and the thickness of cross-section increase with the decreasing of pushing speed;(3) the forming process becomes easy with the degree of diameters of induction coil and number of turns increases,but the efficiency of induction heating becomes low.The ring pipe of high stress Ti-26 alloy's better processing: the processing temperature is 800℃,the pushing speed is between 1.25-1.92mm/s.
