摘要
文章从乳状液的负载特性和电场分布的角度,介绍了高频脉冲脱水的原理,分析了负载特性的变化对高频脉冲输出波形的影响。在室内和现场做了高频脉冲电脱水试验,试验表明,高频脉冲电脱水与交、直流双电场脱水相比,具有电场建立快、电场稳定的优点,通过调整频率,能够充分利用乳状液分布电容的充放电作用,使分布在乳状液上的电压较高,具有良好的脱水效果。
The principle of high frequency pulse dehydration is described and the effect of load property variation on high frequency pulse output waveform is analyzed.The laboratory and field tests of electric dehydration using high frequency pulses are carried out.The tests show that compared with AC-DC double electric field dehydration method,the method of electric dehydration using high frequency pulses has the advantages of quick electric field establishment and stable electric field.It can fully utilize charge-discharge actions of distributed capacitance of emulsion to enable the emulsion to possess a higher voltage,and accordingly has a perfect dehydration effect.
