摘要
针对大场景虚拟现实实时漫游中速度慢、内存开销大等问题,研究了如何利用MultiGen Creator构建、优化模型,布置场景和导出配置文件;利用转换工具将OpenFlight模型打包为vsb文件以提升加载速度,结合vs2003平台,在Vega Prime API基础上进行二次开发,设计了一种大场景模型实时加载算法。结果表明,该方案可以满足视景仿真的实时要求,可广泛用于数字中国、数字地球等大场景虚拟现实仿真等领域。
Aimed at slow speed, big memory consumption and other issues existing in virtual reality for large scenes in real- time roaming , this paper studied how to use MultiGen Creator to build and optimize the models, lay out models into scenes and export configuration files. Using conversion tools , packed OpenFlight model into vsb files to enhance the loading speed, combined with vs2003 platform and Vega Prime API ,it designed a algorithm for large scenes VR in real-time. The results showed that the method can meet the real-time visual simulation requirements, can be widely used in many areas of virtual reality for large scenes such as Digital China, Digital Earth and so on.
