摘要
针对驾驶员踏板操作舒适性评估问题,提出了一种基于虚拟人的舒适性分析方法。给定汽车的虚拟样机,该方法首先通过虚拟人实现驾驶员姿势预测,然后根据虚拟驾驶员的生物力学模型分析踏板操作中的人体关节力矩,最后给出了一种基于关节力矩的多关节综合舒适度评估算法。通过仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性。
To solve the problem of comfort evaluation of automobile clutch pedal operation, a new comfort evaluation method based on virtual human is proposed. Given automobile virtual prototype, firstly, the driving posture is predicted utilizing virtual human, then joint torque is calculated according to the biomechanical model of the virtual driver. Finally, a multi-joint integrated comfort evaluation algorithm is proposed, which is based on the analysis of joint torque. The validity of the comfort evaluation method is approved through a series of simulation test.
