摘要
针对X射线微分成像技术,以X射线衍射理论和光线跟踪算法为基础,提出了一种新的X射线微分成像仿真算法,实现了对三个球的成像仿真,得到的干涉图像的特点符合光栅微分成像的理论分析。用相移(phase-stepping)方法从干涉图像中提取的相位信息与真实物理实验结果一致。
A new simulation algorithm of X-ray differential phase contrast imaging was proposed.This Algorithm was based on X-ray diffraction theory and ray tracing algorithm.A simulation of three balls was performed and the characteristics of the obtained interference image were in accord with the imaging theory.The phase information retrieved from the interference images by the phase-stepping method was highly in accord with the physics experiment results.
