龙须菜新品系07-2的筛选及性状分析 被引量:17

摘要 以981龙须菜为出发藻种,通过亚硝基胍诱变和耐羟脯氨酸筛选,选育出龙须菜新品系07-2,并对其性状进行了分析。与出发藻种比较,新品系生长速度提高17%;在高温胁迫下,发生病烂的时间明显晚,游离脯氨酸的含量明显提高,具有更强抗逆性;与琼胶代谢相关的α-半乳糖苷酶活性明显提高。山东荣成海区进行的试验证明,07-2品系日平均生长速率为6.21%,而981品系日平均生长速率为4.11%,进一步证明了该品系的生长优势。 After mutation by N-methyl-N′-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine and selection with hydroxyproline protocol,a new stain of Gracilaria lemaneiformis,namely 07-2,was obtained from the original(981).The characteristics of the selected strain was analyzed and compared with the original.The results showed that the new strain grew faster,survived longer than 981 at high temperature and contend higher proline than strain 981 at high temperature,indicating that this new strain is better tolerant to high temperature heat.Also the α-galactosidase activity related to agar formation of 07-2 was increased significantly comparing to strain 981.Cultivation experiment in open sea in Weihai seacoast area showed the SGR of 07-2 was 6.21%,but that of 981 was only 4.11%(P<0.05).
