摘要
三电平交-直-交变频装置驱动大容量的交流同步电动机目前应用比较广泛,以马钢第一钢轧总厂中板线轧机主传动成功应用为基础,深层次分析阐述了TMdrive-70系列中压变频装置整流器和逆变器的工作原理、控制原理,并结合中板线主传动的工艺特点,说明了上、下辊之间负荷平衡及速差控制的实现方法。
Three level AC-DC-AC frequency converter is widely used in driving large capacity AC-synchronous motor at present.Base on the successful application of TMdrive-70 frequency converter in main drive of MaSteel plate mill.The work principle and control principle of rectifier and inverter in TMdriver-70 medium voltage frequency converter are deeply analyzed and described.According to technical characteristics of plate mill main drive.The realization method of load balance and speed difference control between top mill and bottom mill are introduced.
