摘要
对已投入运行的烟化炉新工艺系统进行了较为详细的阐述。对其高比例湿法渣投入、4.4MPa余热锅炉配置、尾气氨酸法处理3个创新点进行了技术分析,对其中的关键技术和控制条件作了总结,并根据生产实践提出了存在问题和解决思路。
A new process of fuming furnace which has been put into practice is discussed in detail.Its three innovations of high proportion addition of hydrometallurgy residue,4.4MPa waste heat boiler and ammonia-acid process for offgas treatment are analyzed technically.The key technology and control condition of the process are summarized and the existent problems and their countermeasures are given based on production practice.
