摘要
研究了排硫硫杆菌PL1(Thiobacillus.thioparusPL1)对天然硫化橡胶的脱硫再生,用红外光谱法(IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)法及橡胶核磁交联密度(Rubber NMR Crosslink Density)法对再生橡胶进行表征。经Thiobacillus.thioparusPL1作用后,橡胶中的硫交联键被打断,硫被氧化,产生了S=O。氧硫(O:S)比显著提高。交联密度降低了7.1%。这种再生工艺是可行的。
Rubber desulphurization by Thiobacillus thioparus PL1 was studied.The IR spectrum of NR﹑XPS spectra and the NMR analysis were used to characterize the NR treated by Thiobacillus PL1.The results showed that,Thiobacillus PL1 was able to break sulphur-sulphur and sulphur-carbon bonds,sulfur was oxidized,S=O was formed.O/S ratio rise significantly.The regeneration technology was feasible.
