摘要
根据武汉地铁二号线一期工程汉—范区间的土砂地质情况,结合盾构机刀盘的实际刀具配置,提出了刀具合理的改进配置方案,使用齿刀替代双刃滚刀,并确定了齿刀的结构以及制造工艺等。
According to the soil and sand geological condition in Hankou-Fanhu Section of the 1st phase of Wuhan Metro Line 2 and in combination with the actual cutter configuration for the cutter head of the shield machine,a reasonable modification and configuration plan-replacement of double-edge disc cutter by toothed tooling has been put forward and the structure and the manufacture techniques also have been determined.
