摘要
针对现有设备运行状态诊断方法的缺陷,提出了确定各级指标权重的可拓相似系数法以改进多级可拓评价方法体系。以某农机企业的一台三轴数控磨床为例,从技术先进性、运行经济性、生态环保性和职业安全性四个方面构建了该磨床运行状态诊断的指标体系,并以改进的多级可拓评价方法对该磨床的运行状态进行诊断。
Considering the defect of available methods for running state diagnosis,the extension similarity coefficient for determination of multilevel weight was put forward to improve the multilevel extension diagnosis system.In empirical research,indices system for running state diagnosis was presented from four aspects as technological advantage,economic rationality,environmentally amity and employment security by taking a triaxial numerical control grinding machine for example,and the improved multilevel extension diagnosis method was performed on the running state diagnosis of this grinding machine.
