摘要
与航空和航天信息系统相比,临近空间信息系统有着其独特的优势。为了评估临近空间信息系统的综合效能,重点探讨了系统在目标连续监视时基于ADC计算综合效能的方法,给出了整个系统可用度、可信度和系统作战能力的计算模型。
Compare with aviation and space fight information systems,Near Space Information Systems(NSIS) have their particular advantage.For the sake of synthetical efficiency evaluation of NSIS,we emphatically discussed numeration of the system's synthetical efficiency based on ADC when the target was in continuously surveillance,and provided calculation model of dependability,reliability and campaign capability of the whole system.
