摘要
2003年严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)的爆发,使人冠状病毒成为研究的焦点.2004年又发现一种新型的人冠状病毒NL63,引起婴幼儿及免疫低下人群严重的临床症状,同时由于与SARS-CoV的相似性,使其成为研究SARS-CoV致病机理的重要工具.就HCoV-NL63的基因组特点,转录机制及感染过程的分子机制做一简要综述.
Human coronaviruses become the focus of the research after severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV),broken out in 2003. A new type of human coronavirus—NL63 were identified in 2004,which could induce severe clinical symptoms in infants and people of deficient immunopotency. To utilize the similarity between NL63 and SARS-CoV,it would be the significant tool in study SARS-CoV. This review presented the characteristic of the genome of the HCoV-NL63 and the molecular mechanism of the transcription and infection process.
