经颅多普勒在颅内压增高诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 颅内高压是神经科最常见的问题,是造成神经科患者死亡和致残最重要的原因,对急性颅内高压的监测在临床工作中极为重要.目前常用的颅内压监测均属于有创的监测方法,具有一定的风险性,因此,无创颅内压监测方法的开发对临床有着重要的意义.就经颅多普勒与颅内压增高的关系,并结合囊虫病所致颅内高压病人进行综述. Acute intracranial hypertension is the most common problemin the department ofneurology. It is also the most important reason of death and mutilation in department of neurology. It is important to monitor acute intracranial hypertension.Now,monitoring of intracranial pressure all belong to trauma- generous monitoring.It possesses unvarying risk.Accordingly,it possesses considerable significance to clinic in developing method of monitoring of intracranial pressure trauma- generous.In this text,we reviewed the relation between transcranial Doppler and intracranial hypertension and gives an example of the patient with cysticercosis disease.
