摘要
通过对大唐国际托克托发电公司锅炉补给水处理站反渗透(RO)预处理(加超滤)、反渗透清洗系统和加药系统的改造,不仅使反渗透入口水的SDI值远远低于标准4,而且在超滤装置中通过增加超滤产水箱和加压泵,使反渗透系统运行工况稳定。运行经验表明黄河水完全适合超滤运行水质要求,在正常的运行条件下通过加次氯酸钠、盐酸反洗完全可以保证超滤装置各项参数稳定,延长反渗透化学清洗周期。
Through the renovation of RO pretreatment system(plus ultrafiltration),RO cleaning system and chemicals adding system of boiler make-up water treatment plant of Datang International Tuoketuo Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,the SDI is far less than 4,moreover,after the ultrafiltration system is equipped with tank and booster pump,the operation of RO system is stable.The operation shows that the water from Yellow River totally meets the water quality requirement.During Normal operation condition,by adding sodium hypochlorite and chlorhydric acid for reverse washing,every parameter of ultrafiltration is good during operation and the chemical cleaning cycle can be prolonged.
