摘要
矩波动的大小直接影响永磁交流伺服电动机的伺服性能,乃至影响机械加工的精度。本文针对表面式转子结构的永磁交流伺服电动机转矩波动进行了深入研究。计算分析了永磁体端部厚度和极槽配合的选择对转矩波动的影响,计算结果经过试验验证,计算值与试验值接近。
The torque ripple directly influences the servo performance of permanent magnet AC servo motor, and influences the precision of machining. This paper researched deeply on the torque ripple of permanent magnet AC servo motor with surface-mounted rotor, calculated and analyzed the influence of end thickness of permanent-magnet choosing and pole-slot matching on the torque ripple. After verification, the calculation results approach to the experimental values.
