摘要
目的应用三平面组织追踪技术(Triplane-TTI)评价心肌梗死患者左室收缩功能与不同步运动。方法对30例正常人和30例心肌梗死患者,通过Simpson法测得左室射血分数(LVEF)。取左室6个壁的基底段和中间段,总共12个节段,应用Triplane-TTI测量各节段收缩最大位移(D)及达位移峰的时间(Td),计算最大差值(Td-maxD)和标准差(Td-sD)。结果心肌梗死组与正常组比较,LVEF减低,12个心肌节段位移峰D值均明显减低,不同步指数Td-maxD,Td-sD显著延长(P<0.05)。LVEF与Td-maxD,Td-sD呈负相关性(r值为-0.671,-0.559,P<0.05)。结论心肌梗死患者普遍存在左室收缩功能损害及不同步运动,且两者之间存在良好的负相关性,三平面组织追踪技术为准确评价左室收缩功能及不同步运动提供了新方法。
Objective To evaluate left ventricular systolic function and dyssynchrony in patients with myocardial infarction(MI) by triplane tissue tracking imaging(Triplane-TTI).Methods Thirty healthy controls and thirty MI patients were included,the LVEF was obtained from Simpon's method.Basal and middle segments of 6 walls of the left ventricle(12 Segments) were studied.Peaking displacement(D) and Time to peak displacement(Td) were measured with Triplane-TTI.Then we calculated the maximal difference in Td(Td-maxD) and the standard deviation of Td(Td-sD).Results Compared with healthy controls,parameters LVEF and D of the MI patients were significantly lower and the dyssynchrony indexesTd-maxD,Td-sD were much longer than those in control subjects(P<0.05).LVEF is correlated negatively with the dyssynchrony indexes Td-maxD,Td-sD(r=-0.671,-0.559,P<0.05).Conclusion The systolic function damage and dyssynchrony of left ventricular is common in MI patients,and LV dyssynchrony LVEF.We concluded that Triplane-TTI is a new and accurate methods in assessment of left ventricular systolic function and dyssynchrony.
