水泥对乳化沥青冷再生沥青混合料使用性能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 水泥不但能提高乳化沥青冷再生沥青混合料的早期强度、缩短开放交通时间、作为辅助再生剂减少乳化沥青用量,而且影响混合料的路用性能。文章通过实验室试验,探讨水泥用量对乳化沥青冷再生沥青混合料使用性能的影响。掺加不同水泥用量的冷再生沥青混合料的试验结果分析显示,随着水泥用量增加,材料抗压回弹模量和劈裂抗拉强度变化不大,40℃和60℃动稳定度增大,冻融劈裂残留强度比有明显提高后趋于平缓,-10℃弯曲破坏应变与弯拉强度均减小。总体上,混合料柔性减弱,刚性加强。
