摘要
体验经济时代,医院之间的竞争日趋激烈,树立体验营销观念是医院获取竞争优势的策略之一。本文通过分析医院实施体验营销策略的必要性,初步构建医院患者体验营销模型,并对模型进行分析,以期对医院在竞争中取得更大的优势提供发展思路。
In times of economic experience,experiential marketing strategy help hospitals obtain competitive advantage.This paper analyses the implementation of the hospital's need for experiential marketing strategy.It constructs experiential marketing model for patients. We hope that this model will promote hospital's development.
