摘要
新建超(超)临界机组凝汽器选择使用不锈钢管已为大势所趋,但目前国内还没有相应的不锈钢管凝汽器使用维护规程。文中结合不锈钢管应用实际,从选材、组装、运行、停备用等多方面对不锈钢管凝汽器的维护管理进行了分析,提出了各个环节应注意的问题及所采取的措施,对发电厂的生产运行有实际指导意义。
selection of stainless steel tubes for condenser is a trend in newly built supercritical(ultra supercritical)units,but nowadays no technical rules for operation and maintenance of stainless steel tubes have been established in China,on the basis of application,this paper described and analyzed the maintenance and management of stainless steel tubes for condenser from many aspects,such as the selection of tube materials、field-assembling、operation and lay-up etc,measures and points for attention given in this paper have guiding significance to units operation.
