摘要
文中分析了变电站监控从常规驻站式管理向集约化管理转变的必然性和分层分布式调度自动化监控方式的优势,介绍了合肥供电公司集控站的建设、应用情况以及系统的网络管理和电网在多站点跳闸情况下数据的恢复、数据追赶等特色功能,讨论了从运行角度出发进行的系统完善等工作。
In this paper,it was analyzed the inevitability of change on the way of substation-monitoring from conventional -style management to intensive management,the advantage of hierarchical-distributed-monitoring,and introduced the construction and the practice of centralized control station in Hefei electric power company,the network management,the technical of data recovery:catch-up-data,and works of Improving the centralized-control-station system,etc.
