摘要
我国人文社会科学研究及其评价处在一个特殊的现实环境之中,具体来说,包括资源紧缺的研究环境、重人情关系的社会文化、社会转型期的浮躁以及人文社会科学研究规范的缺失。本文分别从这四个方面分析了对人文社会科学研究评价的影响及其相应的评价策略。
The special ground which Humanities and Social Science research and its evaluation based includes four facets:the tight resource for research activity,the custom of human relations,the spirit fickleness in the reform and opening-up time,and the deficit of academic norms.This paper explores the impact to the evaluation of Humanities and Social Science from each facet, and the according tactics.
