聚硅酸硫酸铁对亚麻废水处理的研究——搅拌速度、温度、絮凝剂投加量对絮凝效果的影响

摘要 以某亚麻纺织公司的亚麻废水为研究对象,采用新型絮凝剂聚硅酸硫酸铁(PFSS)对其进行处理,通过COD、色度、浊度、总悬浮物去除率的测试,给出了聚硅酸硫酸铁絮凝剂处理亚麻废水的最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明:该公司的亚麻度水在pH=11.00,温度为20℃,搅拌速度为200r/min,投加PFSS絮凝剂处理后,其COD去除率可达98.1%,浊度去除率可达99.3%,色度去除率达75.0%,总悬浮物去除率达90.2%。从而可以使处理后的废水水质达到污水排放标准。此试验表明,聚合硅酸硫酸铁絮凝剂在处理此类废水中可收到良好成效。 Take the Bao Tou Flax Spinning and weaving Company's flax waste water as the object of study,uses the new flocculant to gather siliciate acid iron sulfate(PFSS) to carry on processing to it,through COD,Chromaticity,Turbidity elimination rate test,has given the polymerization siliciate acid iron sulfate flocculant processing flax waste water best technological conditions.The test result indicated that,this company's flax waste water in PH=11,the temperature is 20℃,the mixing speed is 200r/min.After put PFSS flocculant processing into the warter,its COD elimination rate may reach above 98%,the turbidity elimination rate may reach 99%above,chromaticity elimination rate to reach above 75%.Thus after the processing,the waste water quality could achieve the sewage emissions standard.This experiment indicates,the polymerization siliciate acid iron sulfate flocculant in processes could receive good result in this kind o f waste water.
