摘要 目的 :观察负压封闭对猪创面肉芽组织生长的影响 .方法 :选用 5头雄性小家猪 ,每头猪的背部各形成直径为4cm的全层皮肤缺损创面 .实验组采用连续 1 6kPa负压治疗 ,对照组采用常规纱布换药 .结果 :负压治疗组创面肉芽组织生长速度较对照组快 5 2 % .结论 :1 AIM: To test the effects of negative pressure on the granulation tissue formation in pig wound model. METHODS: Five pigs were selected for this study and four full thickness wound defects were produced on the dorsum of each animal. A 16 kPa negative pressure was applied continuously on the wounds in the experimental group for 10 d and the saline wet to moist dressing was used as the control. Changes in each wound were assessed in every two days. RESULTS: Wounds treated with 16 kPa negative pressure were filled with granulation tissue 52% faster than the saline wet to moist dressing treated wounds. CONCLUSION: The 16 kPa negative pressure can significantly increase the rate of granulation tissue formation compared with the wounds treated by conventional methods.
