摘要
介绍了北京地区应用广泛的 2种刚性桩CFG桩和钻孔夯扩挤密桩相结合形成的二元桩复合地基在锦秀馨园工程中的应用 ,其中利用CFG桩控制建筑物沉降 ,利用钻孔夯扩挤密土桩提高浅层土的承载力 ,通过计算得出了最佳设计方案 。
The composite foundation formed by CFG pile and drilling ram expanded pile (DRE pile) which used widely in Beijing area are applied to a project, using CFG pile to minimize the building settlement and DRE pile to improve shallow soil bearing capacity respectively. The best solution to this project is put forward on the base of calculation. The in situ static loading test and settlement observation results show the design in this project is successful.
