摘要 通过对支架与围岩关系的研究,分析了支架与顶板的相互作用机理,得出支架支护阻力与端面顶板下沉量p–△ld具有类双曲线关系,这种类双曲线关系是高产高效综放工作面端面顶板稳定性控制的基础。根据高产高效综放工作面的开采特点提出了端面顶板监测控制的特点和要求,开发建立了在线监测体系,现场应用取得了良好的技术经济效益。 Through analysis of relation between support and surrounding rock, the mechanism of the interaction of roof and support is analyzed, it is obtained that the relation between the support resistance and the roof convergence p-Δld in tip-to-face area is the similar hyperbolic relation, and this relation is a basis of the roof stability control in tip-to-face area . According to mining characteristics of the fully mechanized caving face with high-production and high-efficiency, the demand and feature of monitoring of tip-to-face roof are put forward and the on-line monitoring system is developed and established. And a good technical and economic efficiency in stability monitoring is gained in the field application.
