快速合成不同晶粒大小的ZSM-5分子筛

摘要 以正丁胺为模板剂合成了ZSM-5分子筛催化剂,并对模板剂对分子筛晶粒大小分布的影响进行了研究;对合成的ZSM-5分子筛催化剂用X粉末射线衍射仪进行了晶相分析,用AA粒度分析仪进行了晶体粒度分析。结果表明用该法合成的ZSM-5分子筛催化剂结晶度、纯度高、形貌规整,且有效地降低了工艺条件和合成时间。 ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst is made from n-butylamine as the template agent in this experiment,and the influence of template agent on the crystal size distribution of molecular sieve is also studied, the synthesized ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst is given a crystalloid analysis by using X-power diffraction apara-tus,the grain size analysis is made by using AA grainsize analyzer. The result indicates that the ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst made in this way has a high degree of crystallinity and purity,its form is more regular what's more ,the demand for the process conditions and the synthesizing time are both reduced.
