摘要
利用指标值构建的 n 维向量在基准向量上的投影,定义了理想方案和接近度的概念,将项目优选转换成向量的运算,从而提供了方便,简洁和可靠的决策方法。
The conception of the ideal scheme and application degree being defined in this article,by using projection that n-degree vectors project on the base vector,the Project preference is turned into vector's calculating,which is a scientific and explicit method.
