摘要
采用文献资料法、实验法等方法对中学生身心指标进行相应的测量和调查 ,结果显示 :中学生每天 1小时体育活动坚持一学期有助于身体形态、机能的发展和身心健康水平的提高。
By means of documents and experiments the author has made measures and surveys on the physical and mental index of juniors. The results show that'a hours sports'for the juniors can improve their physical constructions (figures) and function, and enhance their mental health level.
