^(18)F-FDG PET在脑肿瘤诊断和治疗中的作用

摘要 ^(18)F-FDG PET是一种功能成像方法,具有MRI、CT等解剖学成像所无法达到的优点。本文就目前^(18)F-FDG PET在脑肿瘤的良恶性判断,恶性程度分级,治疗效果评价,残留肿瘤判别,肿瘤放射性坏死和复发的鉴别及预后判断中起的作用与不足作一阐述。 As a functional neuroimaging technique, ^(18)F-FDG PET has particular advantages that are not available in CT or MRI examination. In this paper, the related literatures are reviewed and the role of ^(18)F-FDG PET in the diagnosis and therapy of brain tumor is described. The role and deficiency of ^(18)F-FDG PET in the follow-ing areas are highlighted: determination of grading of malignancy, assessment of response to treatment, detection of residual tumor, differentiation between radiation necrosis and tumor recurrence, and judgement of prognosis.
