摘要
为了提高光纤连接器的回波损耗,首先对加工变质层的形成机理进行了探讨,研究加工工艺参数对回波损耗的影响,研究结果表明磨粒粒径对回波损耗影响最大。同时对球面光纤连接器超精密加工技术进行了论述。
To increase the echo loss in optical fiber connector,the forming theory of the machining-damage layer is discussed. The effect of the machining parameters on the echo loss is studied.The result shows that the diamond abrasive diameter is the main affecting factor. The ultraprecision machining technique of spherical fiber connector is presented.
