摘要
本文研究了对空心玻璃微球化学镀高磁性镍。比较了两种前处理方法,认为先对空心玻璃微球进行偶联处理,可以增加微球表面活性点,提高微球表面包覆率。通过在一定范围内调整还原剂浓度和 pH 值可以提高产物微球磁性能。另外,本文还研究了镀层组织结构。
Electroless magnetic nickel plating on hollow glass microspheres was studied.Two pretreatment methods were tested and hollow glass spheres via coupling agent solution pretreatment can attract more palladium catalytic active centers on it's surface,so continuously and uniformly covered particles were obtained.The magnetic property of particles was improved by adjusting the concentration of the reducing agent and pH in some range.The structure of deposits were in- vestigated also.
