摘要 竞业禁止是市场经济有序运行的必然要求。世界许多国家的立法对竞业禁止都有规定 ,对在职竞业禁止 ,尤其是离职竞业禁止的法律意义及实施障碍的探讨已引起我国法学界的重视。 In today's society, booming economy means employees change jobs much more frequently than before. It can be especially devastating to lose a key employee who takes clients or trade secrets with him, then set up shops or go to other businesses in direct competition with his former employer. An employer can attempt to prevent this in advance by having the employee to sign a non-competition agreement.
