摘要
讨论了用切点跟踪磨削法磨削凸轮轴零件的一些关键性问题 ,给出了数控磨削时砂轮中心位移与凸轮转角间关系的数学模型和恒线速磨削条件下凸轮转动规律的数学模型 ,并在实验的基础上提出了磨削时凸轮转速优化的原则与方法 .
Some key theories and techniques in the grinding of camshaft part by using the method of tracing tangent point grinding are discussed, A mathematical model describing the relationship between the displacement of grinding wheel center and the rotational angel of camshaft is established. According to the principle of constant speed of grinding points, the mathematical model concerning the relationship between the rotate speed and the rotational angel of the camshaft is presented as well. Finally, some suggestions on the optimization of the rotate speed of the camshaft are introduced on the basis of the experimental results.
