摘要
本文采用脾脏细胞空气干燥法制片,Giemsa染色,对两种生活于近海沿岸的(鱼叚)虎鱼染色体核型进行分析研究。其中,纹缟(鱼叚)虎鱼(Tridentiger trigonoce phalus)2n=44,NF=76,有10对中部着丝点染色体,6对亚中部着丝点染色体和6对端部着丝点染色体;竿(鱼叚)虎鱼(Luciogobius guttatusGill)2n=44,NF=72,有7对中部着丝点染色体,7对亚中部着丝点染色体和8对端部着丝点染色体。未发现有异形染色体。
This paper examines the karyotypes of two species of Gobioid fishes from metaphase of spleen cells by the colchicine-hypotonic-air drying and Giemsa staining technique.The fishes used are collected from Hishijiao Beach of Dalian.The Tridentiger trigonocephalus has 44 chromosomes in diploid number.Its Karyotype comprises 10 pairs of metacentric chromosome (M),6 pairs of submetacentric chromosome (SM) and 6 pairs of telocentric chromosome (T) with a fundamental arm number (NF) amounting to 76.The diploid number of Luciogobius guttatus Gill is also 44,but the karyotype shows 7 pairs of metacentric chromosome,7 pairs of submetacentric chromosome and 8 pairs of telocentric chromosome.Its NF is 72.No satellite chromosome,sexal chromosome or the special chromosome were detected either in the karyotype of Tridentiger trigonocephalus or in the karyotype of Luciogobius guttatus Gill.
