摘要
我国新的刑事诉讼法,完善了律师参加刑事诉讼的有关规定,从而丰富和充实了辩护权的内容;新刑事诉讼法关于辩护权的修改对加强我国刑事诉讼的民主性,科学性,提高辩护质量,具有重要意义。
China's new Criminal Procedure Law perfects some relevant regulation for lawyer's joining of criminal procedure, which enriches the contents of right to defence; The new Criminal Procedure Law has its important significance to the amendment of right to defenee, the improvement of democracy, scientification of China's criminal procedure and the improvement of defendant quality.
