摘要
目的 调查评价济南市儿童贫血与体格发育状况。方法 择选济南市两所省级幼儿园206名(93名男孩和113名女孩)2～6岁儿童为调查对象,测量了身高、体重及血红蛋白含量。结果与世界卫生组织的参考标准相比,各年龄组身高Z评分都是正值,但是多数年龄组年龄的体重和身高的体重Z评分都是负值。只有5名女孩的血红蛋的(Hb)含量低于110g/l,贫血率为2.4％。结论结果表明所调查儿童的体重和身高还没有达到满意程度,其原因可能与儿童的膳食中某些微量元素供给不足有关。
Objective To study the status of the anthropometry in the children aged 2～6 in the kindergarten. Method The study was carried out in Jinan city and included 206 children. The weight and height and the hemoglobin concentration were measured for each children Results The average HAZS in each age group was positive. However, WAZS and WHZS were negative in most groups. There are only five girls with hemoglobin less than 110g/l, and the morbidity of anemia is 2.4％. Conclusion Our study indicates that the body weight and height in children have not a chieved a 'satisfactory' level. The reason is probably related to the inadeguacy of some essential trace nutrients in the children diets.
