摘要
竹材表面粗糙度对竹材制品的表面质量有十分重要的影响.用"冷进冷出"工艺和"热进热出"工艺对竹材进行处理,并用高精度的表现粗糙度测量仪对竹材表面粗糙度进行测量,发现竹材表面的粗糙度因处理工艺不同,而具有较大的差异.用"冷进冷出"工艺处理的竹材的表面粗糙度平均值,比用"热进热出"工艺处理的竹材的表面粗糙度的平均值小得多,表面竹材经"冷进冷出"工艺处理后,具有更好的表面质量.
Bamboo surface roughness has very important effect on the surface quality of bamboo products. After bamboo is treated with 'coldin and coldout' and 'hotin and hotout' process, the surfaces of treated bamboo are exactly measured with a precision instrument for surface roughness. It is discovered that bamboo surface roughness will take on great difference with different treating processes. The average values of bamboo surface roughness are much smaller when bamboo is treated with 'coldin and coldout' process than with 'hotin and hotout' process,and the bamboo that is treated with the former process has better surface quality.
