摘要 目的 评价国产TH 0 0 1 6 0型花粉采样器的性能。方法 将国产采样器与进口采样器(RotorodSampler 4 0型 )一起放在一个人工模拟的有花粉飘散的环境中 ,在不同的条件下同时采样 ,同时应用重力沉降法采集花粉 ,进行花粉计数 ,计算所得结果的相关性。结论 国产花粉采样器所得结果与进口花粉采样器所得结果高度相关 。 Objective To evaluate the function of TH 001 60 model sampler. Method TH 001 60 model sampler and Rotorod sampler 40 were installed in a mimic condition, where pollen was levitated, and were made to run together in different condition. At the same time, pollen was collected by gravitational method. The pollen counts was recorded respectively, and the relativity of the three pollen counts was calculated. Conclusion Result from TH 001 60 model sampler and result from Rotorod sampler 40 have high relativity. Result from Rotorod sampler 40 and result from gravitational method also have high relativity.
