花粉症伴食物过敏的致敏花粉、食物变应原交叉反应性研究 被引量:8

Study on cross-reactivity between allergenic pollens and food of pollinosis patients with food allergy

摘要 为明确致敏花粉与食物之间是否具有交叉反应性 ,应用PharmaciaCAPSystem对 14例花粉症合并食物过敏患者进行了RAST抑制试验 ,结果显示 :桃、龙眼、葵花籽、核桃、花生、大豆、葡萄、西红柿与蒿属花粉、草花粉间均具有交叉反应性 ;苹果与蒿属花粉间具有交叉反应性 ; Cross reactivity between allergenic pollens and food of 14 pollinosis patients with food allergy were determined by RAST inhibition tests using Pharmacia CAP System. We conclude that: Cross reactivity can be confirmed between peach, longan, sunflower seed, walnut, peanut, soya bean, grape, tomato and Atermisia pollen, Humulus scandens pollen respectively. Cross reactivity between apple and Artemisia pollen also can be shown, but there is no evidence to identify the cross reactivity between apple and Humulus scandens pollen.
