高山红景天多糖对病毒感染小鼠模型部分免疫功能及生化指标的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Rhodiola Sachalinensis Polysaccharide on Immune Functions and Biochemical Parameters of Myocarditis Model in Mice

摘要 目的:探讨高山红景天多糖免疫抗柯萨奇 B 组病毒作用的机制。方法:采用生物素标记、<sup>3</sup>H-TdR 掺入方法对病毒性心肌炎模型小鼠几种免疫学指标进行检测,分析抗氧化酶的活性。结果:高山红景天多糖可以提高病毒性心肌炎模型小鼠心肌细胞γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平,使模型小鼠脾脏 NK 细胞活性增强;脾脏淋巴细胞刺激指数增加;心肌细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性上升,血清中过氧化脂质(LPO)含量下降。结论:高山红景天多糖在小鼠受到柯萨奇 B<sub>3</sub>病毒感染后,通过对体内多种免疫机能的调节作用,而有效地使柯萨奇 B<sub>3</sub>病毒感染宿主细胞的过程受到抑制。 To explore the immunologic effect of polysaccharide extracted from Rhodiola Sachalinensis(RSP)on myocarditis model in mice infected by Coxsackie B_3 virus.Methods:Parameters of immunoassay and antioxidase of experimental mice model of viral my- ocarditis were detected by labelled biotin and ~3H-TdR incorporation assay.Results:The content of interferon-γ in myocardial cells of mice model,the activities of natural killer cells and proliferation in the spleen were enhanced.Also treated with RSP,the activities of su- peroxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in the myocardial tissue were devated.Simultaneously,the content of serum lipid perox- ide was reduced.Conclusion:The RSP could effectively inhibit the Coxsackie B_3 virus infection process through multiple immunoregula- tion in vivo.
