摘要
目的:探讨高山红景天多糖免疫抗柯萨奇 B 组病毒作用的机制。方法:采用生物素标记、<sup>3</sup>H-TdR 掺入方法对病毒性心肌炎模型小鼠几种免疫学指标进行检测,分析抗氧化酶的活性。结果:高山红景天多糖可以提高病毒性心肌炎模型小鼠心肌细胞γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平,使模型小鼠脾脏 NK 细胞活性增强;脾脏淋巴细胞刺激指数增加;心肌细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性上升,血清中过氧化脂质(LPO)含量下降。结论:高山红景天多糖在小鼠受到柯萨奇 B<sub>3</sub>病毒感染后,通过对体内多种免疫机能的调节作用,而有效地使柯萨奇 B<sub>3</sub>病毒感染宿主细胞的过程受到抑制。
To explore the immunologic effect of polysaccharide extracted from Rhodiola Sachalinensis(RSP)on myocarditis model in mice infected by Coxsackie B_3 virus.Methods:Parameters of immunoassay and antioxidase of experimental mice model of viral my- ocarditis were detected by labelled biotin and ~3H-TdR incorporation assay.Results:The content of interferon-γ in myocardial cells of mice model,the activities of natural killer cells and proliferation in the spleen were enhanced.Also treated with RSP,the activities of su- peroxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in the myocardial tissue were devated.Simultaneously,the content of serum lipid perox- ide was reduced.Conclusion:The RSP could effectively inhibit the Coxsackie B_3 virus infection process through multiple immunoregula- tion in vivo.
