In this paper, some factors affecting electrical pulsing activation were analyzed, and the experimental procedure for activation was established. The results showed that one pulse was enough to activate pig oocytes. The best results could be obtained if the pulse strength was 1250～1500V/cm in electrolyte medium(0.3mol/L Mannitol+0.1mmol/L CaCl\-2+0.1mmol/L MgSO\-4 ), the oocyte age was 54 h.
