摘要
研究了B-Bi-Al-SiCa复合变质处理对抛丸机叶片材料高铬白口铸铁的组织与机械性能的影响。结果表明:复合变质处理使硫量降低,硅量提高。复合变质处理使A枝晶、M晶粒细化,共晶碳化物由长条状变为细小、分布均匀的蠕虫状及团球状。冲击韧性提高79.2%。叶片的使用寿命达到300h(Q3110型)及357h(Q378型),分别是未经复合变质处理的3.26倍及3.30倍。
Investigates the effects or B-Bi-Al-SiCa modification on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high Chromium white cast iron. The results show that the content of S is reduced and the content of Si is increased by modification, fine austenite dendrites and M crystal are obtained by mondification. The lathy eutetic carbides becomes fine, uniform compacted and nodular. Impact toughness is increased by 79.2%. The sevice life of impellers lasts 300 h (Q3110)and 357h (Q378), being 326 times and 3.30 times as compared with that of no-modification.
