摘要
HSS轧辊是以高速工具钢为表层材料的一种高性能轧辊。该轧辊应用效果十分明显,不但能提高轧制产品的质量,且能放宽轧制过程中轧辊对轧制工艺的限制。这里简介了HSS轧辊的性能、应用与维护及其应用效果。
HSS roller is one of high function roller. Its surface is made of high speed steel. The appllation of this roller gets the good benefit. It not only enhances the quality of product,but also decreases the limitation of the roller in rolling process. This artical introduces the HSS roller's function,application,maintenance and result in its application.
