摘要
联合共建是我国高等教育为适应社会主义市场经济发展而采取的重大改革举措之一。作者从理论和实践上对这一改革思想进行了较深刻的探索。提出并实施了“提高一个认识，抓住两个机遇”的治校方略。
Jointly constructing is one of the important activities adopted to suit the development of socialist market economy for higher education. It has been deeply probed on the reforming coneept with respect to theory and practice.
