摘要
针对市场经济背景下现代企业的经营环境，分析了企业管理的三层价值链及企业三层市场之间的对应关系，结合ＥＲＰ管理软件的开发与应用，提出了国内软件企业开发该软件的设计思想及在我国实施ＥＲＰ软件的相应条件．
This paper analyses the relation between three-lay value chain and three-lay market of modern enterprise management according to the system of market economy.Toward the research and application for ERP management software,author puts forward some idea for designing Chinese ERP software. At the end, analyses the condition for use ERP software in China.
