摘要
目的 研究复方地黄对AD大鼠海马CA1区神经元突触超微结构改变的影响。方法 在腹腔注射D -半乳糖造成大鼠衰老的基础上 ,海马注射Aβ1-40 造成拟老年性痴呆学习记忆损害模型 ,灌胃复方地黄水溶液 ,观察突触超微结构变化。结果 Morris水迷宫筛选模型 ,统计复方地黄对老年性痴呆大鼠海马神经元突触超微结构的影响。结论 复方地黄能够保护神经元突触超微结构 。
Objective Study effect change of the synaptic ultra structure of CAI of hippocampus DiHuang compound to AD rat. Methods On the basement D-galactose were injected abdomen of rat, Aβγ-4 were injected in the CA1 of hippocampus as senile memory deficits rat (SMD).Observing the Morris water labyrinth delitescence and error times to select module rat. Results Statistics showed the effect of DiHuang compound on the synaptic ultra structure of CA1 of hippocampus as senile memory deficits rat (SMD). Conclusions DiHuang compound may protect nerve cell synaptic ultrastructure, strengthen and enhance memory of senile dementia rat.
