摘要
稀释的丁公藤注射液(IE)涂布于离体的牛蛙坐骨神经,可阻滞神经冲动的传导⒚10% IE可使神经干复合动作电位Aαβ、Aδ和C诸成分的潜伏期均延长;而25% IE不仅能使各类成分的潜伏期发生显著性延长,而且能使各类成分的幅度有显著性的减小⒚上述浓度IE的传导阻滞作用是可逆的,并具有明显的量效关系⒚同样。
Injection Erycibe (IE) was locally applied on a part of the Sciatic Nerve of Bullfrog. 12 minutes after administration with 5%IE, 10%IE and 25%IE respectively, the latencies of C components of the compound action potential were delayed and the bi layers structure of axon membrane of C fibre was changed correspondingly. There was does-dependency between concentration of IE and its effects on the nerve.
