摘要
Al-Sn20-Cu合金在常温下进行硬质阳极氧化后.于硫代钼酸铵溶液中电解,使合金在其氧化膜微孔中充填MoS2.,形成自身具有润滑性的氧化膜层.本文用正交设计方法得出工艺的最佳条件,考察了一些工艺条件对膜层耐磨性的影响.
After hard anodising at room temperature and then eletrolysing in(NH4)MoS4 solution Al-Sn20-Cu alloy filled its own oxidizing film microhole with MoS2, so a hard self-lubricated film was formed. The optimum Preparing conditions were gained by orthogonal design experiment and effects of all sorts of technological factors on film wearresising were investigated
